- An 80 page digital workbook, includes recipes, toxin checklist, daily habit guide, Ayurveda tips, Holistic Nutrition advice, and reflection questions. This workbook will guide you through each week of your 21 day experience.
- A weekly video to ease you into each week of your cleanse: Week 1 Drop In, Week 2 perhaps go deeper, Week 3 Emerge.
- A second teaching video each week with how this cleanse time can helps us reverse dis-ease
