A 3 part class each adding breath to movement. We start seated in a chair, add standing poses, then return to the chair or move to the floor to finish the class. About 20-minute sections. Delicious. (The Town of Cochrane is not hosting Yoga this fall, and SOTB is still in the planning stages. So we will keep going as they get settled).
Online Mindful Movement

Full vinyasa, slow and strong. We drop in, move with the breath, awakening our body, mind, and deeper intuition. Juicy, and maybe a little sweaty.

A guest teacher will be hosting 3 weeks of the session.
We found the Zoom calls to be really good last year. They give us the opportunity for some connection and community, with no commute, no weather, or traffic to deal with. We are able to turn off our cameras and practice in our pj’s or get a reluctant partner to join in. There are some benefits to the home practice! The difference between a Zoom call and just finding some random class online is that you add a layer of accountability to your life. I know if you skip a class. I see if you show up. You know, that I know. It makes you come to class. And that is a good thing.
