It is time again.  Time to clear away the gunk and padding of winter.  Release the Ama and Toxins.  Tidy away the winter wardrobe, stock the fridge with fresh green foods.

We give you the tools to support your experience: ways to reduce toxins in the body, ways to create intentional time, journal prompts, meal planning, cleanse design plans.

You prioritize hydration, movement, nourishment and sleep.

 

April 17-May 1 is the cleanse.

We have a fantastic line up of Guest Speakers to educate and expand our understanding. When we know WHY we are doing something the WHAT becomes easier:

  • Eileen Bossons will teach us to make Kitchari
  • Dr. Kulwinder Rajewal will give guidance for our  Ayurvedic Cleanse
  • Sachin Sudra will give us specific practices
  • Erin McWhirter offering us the support of Mantra
  • Wendi Napier will talk to us about cleansing our environments. 

Week one we drop into our set intentions. Create time and space to assess the effects of your new practices. 

Week 2 we decide if we can drop in deeper, or if we are good to continue what we started. 

Week 3 we make big decisions about what changes we want to keep, and what it would take to sustain those new habits.
